Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Partner subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan with no data loss.
Do you offer refunds?
We honor the 7-day Pro trial as a no-risk way to try every Pro feature before paying. Outside of the trial, we evaluate refund requests case-by-case. Contact support@vantage-cv.com if you have a billing concern.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — VantageCV never sees your full card number.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your resumes are stored encrypted, never sold, and never used to train third-party models. You can delete your account and all associated data from your account settings at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
